Find Clarity

How to Avoid Confusion and Find Clarity

I’m someone that loves clarity. I want things black and white. I don’t like living in confusion or uncertainty or the “grey,” as we call it.

I would get soooo frustrated with myself about making a decision because I constantly felt at a loss of which direction to take. The indecisiveness would leave me fuming!

It would drive me crazy…

I put on my analyzing hat and try to grind out and force an answer. Most of the time, it would just make me even more frustrated!!

Sometimes our shit can be so complex (I’m sure you know what I mean) that the answer is just not there… right now.

We need to be okay with not knowing.

What if you saw “I don’t know” as a clean, beautiful white canvas that we can create something new with?

I have since then shifted my perspective on “I don’t know.”

It’s not that you are lost, and that you are going to stay in this state of confusion. It’s just that the answer isn’t clear right now, and you need to give it time.

You need to breathe and let your decision manifest itself.

I’m here to let you know that this process is a-okay.

It’s normal.

You need to let things marinate. You will live yourself straight into that answer.

It will become clear. It’s not supposed to be clear right now. Don’t take this time to be hard on yourself, stressed, and full of anxiety.

That WILL NOT serve you or bring you closer to the clarity you need.

Set the uncertainty to the side, continue on with your day and know that when the time is right, you WILL get clarity.

Pray, meditate, seek advice, do whatever it is you need to do.

Get quiet and listen to what’s in your heart.

“I don’t know” is a beautiful place to be and to start anew.

“I don’t know” brings on possibilities for anything you want to create. It allows you to sit back, grab your coffee, and create.

In this state, you can take your time and think things through.

So bring on the I don’t know’s!!

I don’t know if you get what I’m saying right now. (hahaha… stupid joke)

But seriously, I want you to know that this is okay. If you have decisions you’re unsure about right now, I want you to focus on clarity first before you finalize any decision.

Remember to take care of yourself first.

What is one of your “I don’t know’s” you are dealing with right now?

Hit respond and share what it is for you.
Give me the details, friend! The more you reflect, the easier the decision will come to you.
