Hey ,
Letting go and trusting blindly, whether that’s in a relationship or trusting the universe, is one of the most difficult things to do.
It sometimes feels like literally putting on a blindfold… We step forward, not knowing if it’s a ledge to a volcanic hole or a fluffy cloud.
Also, when our trust has been compromised, it can be an unsettling experience that holds a grip on us for a very long time.
However, trust is one of the core ingredients of our relationships. We can’t grow without it.
I’ll come back to that in a sec.
I want to first address the core issue here: the reasons why we are afraid to trust.
Every single one of us — yes, including me — have dealt with hurt.
The hurt can make you wary, and it can cause you to avoid starting new relationships and experiences.
You’re searching for an invisible safety net that will tell you when it’s okay to trust again.
You’re looking for that 100% guarantee that nothing bad will happen.
Unfortunately, there is no secret formula that will remove the disappointments and rejection.
However, you are in control of one thing… fear.
Is fear holding you back from truly trusting again, ?
Fear can rear its ugly little head when you least expect it. The problem is that you may not even realize that fear is there, lurking in the background.
There is an end game here, .
That endgame for you is happiness. Feeling content. Experiencing peace.
In order to truly experience happiness, you have to be able to trust.
It’s about trusting yourself. It’s about trusting the process. It’s about trusting that things will work out in the way that they’re meant to work out.
It’s a choice.
I challenge you today to make the choice to trust.
This is going to require a shift in perspective on your part. I want you to be able to handle the hurdles that come before you because they will.
I want you to feel empowered, confidence, and grit.
You can get through the bad times and the hurt. I know you can.
It’s so doable.
You’ve got this.
Your worthy of that happiness. You just have to let go of the fear.
If you need help, feel free to reach out to me.
